Job Summary:

ARD Developers is seeking a highly creative and skilled Video Editor with expertise in both traditional editing techniques and AI-powered content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos aligned with brand guidelines
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, advertisements, and promotional campaigns
• Utilize AI tools for video editing, motion graphics, voiceovers, and content enhancement
• Add effects, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and color grading to elevate content quality
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual narratives
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and AI innovations
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with AI-based editing tools and content generation platforms
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Knowledge of social media content formats and trends
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate or corporate branding content
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation
• Understanding of employer branding and marketing visuals
